Pricing FAQs
How and when do I pay for dispatch services?
Invoicing is issued weekly every Friday based on the loads booked and delivered that week. Payments are processed in USD via Wise or Payoneer. Because freight cash flow moves weekly, my billing cycles match your factoring or broker payout schedules.
Are you compliant with FMCSA requirements regarding illegal brokering?
Yes. In strict compliance with the FMCSA’s 2023 final guidance on dispatching, I operate strictly as an administrative extension of your motor carrier authority. I do not broker freight, I do not take money from brokers, and all carrier-broker contracts are signed directly under your company's name and corporate identity.
What happens if my truck is in the shop or down for a week?
For percentage-based plans, you pay nothing if no loads are booked. For fixed administrative weekly retainers, if you give a 7-day notice that a truck will be down for maintenance, your retainer for that specific asset is paused or prorated.
Do I need to provide my own load board access?
While I utilize industry tools for lane analysis, carriers must provide access to their preferred load boards (e.g., DAT Power/One or Truckstop) or establish a user login for me under their carrier profile to book freight under their authority legally.
How do we handle dispatch setup and onboarding?
We begin with a brief strategy call to review your insurance limits, authority, equipment types, and preferred shipping lanes. Once we sign a simple dispatch agreement, we can coordinate with your safety and driving team within 48 hours.
How do we get started?
Book a free 15-minute carrier alignment call. We'll discuss your fleet, lanes, and requirements. I'll recommend the right package and we can start dispatch within 48 hours of signing our agreement.
