Carrier Alignment & Consultation
We start with a brief 15-minute consultation to review your fleet's specific operational profile: your equipment type (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Drayage), target operating cost-per-mile, and preferred shipping corridors.
What happens in this step:
- Call scheduled directly on my calendar (EST time zone)
- Discussion of your routes, equipment, and billing preferences
- Zero initial contract commitment required
- I come prepared with specific questions about your fleet and lanes
Carrier Onboarding & Broker Setup
Once our dispatch coordination agreement is signed, we begin the onboarding process with your selected brokers. We submit your carrier packets to ensure you are approved to book freight on major lanes.
What happens in this step:
- Settle simple dispatch agreement & NDA
- Secure driver schedules and equipment parameters
- Submit carrier packets to verify broker compliance
- Set up fuel advance and quick-pay options with brokers
- Onboarding completed within 48–72 hours of agreement
Daily Dispatch & Load Management
We actively monitor load boards and broker networks to source freight along your designated corridors. I handle route details, driver coordinates, billing submissions, and proactive broker check-calls—all operating on EST.
What happens in this step:
- Daily load sourcing and route coordination on EST
- Routine broker ETA check-calls and route updates
- Signed BOL and POD document verification
- Weekly invoice summaries and billing submissions
